An extensive refurbishment and alteration of an original Ron Sang home on the Waikato River covering the installation of new Aluminium Joinery, New Kitchen, refurbished Ensuite and Bathroom, Reroof, Ventilation, upgrading Electrical, repaint and the co-ordination of all subcontractors. All work to a very high specification.
