PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Head Contractor for the two-stage construction of New Zealand’s first purpose built Ethnic Community Hub adjoining the existing “live environment” building. After the new portion of the building was completed, staff were relocated into the newly refurbished space, allowing for a full renovation of the existing building. This included intumescent fire protection painting of the existing timber linings, a mechanical system retrofit, fit out of fully equipped commercial kitchen, new conference spaces, prayer rooms, health and wellness centre, carport and commercial bike repair facilities alongside electrical upgrades to meet current standards.
