Having started out as a family managed company many years ago, we continue to take the personal message right into the heart of our build process.  We welcome you, the client, to participate in the building and construction process to whatever extent you desire, you can be involved every step of the way or choose to leave our skilled staff to serve every unique need of your project - you determine how you and Construct work together.   

Because we appreciate one size doesn’t fit all, we are very open to engage in design and build projects based on a traditional tendering process or the more recommended participative approach of  a negotiated contract.   With the negotiated contract, Construct is brought in as a part of your project team at an early stage. This gives you and your project the benefit of our construction expertise during the time major design and planning decisions are made, meaning we can assist in ensuring that we minimize costs and maximize value to you, the client.
